• You agree not to share your account with others or impersonate another person.
• MNEMOS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

• All platform content, including lectures, notes, questions, and illustrations, is owned by MNEMOS or licensed third parties.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify content without prior written permission.
• Tutors and contributors grant MNEMOS a license to use and distribute their submitted educational materials.

5. Subscription & Payments

• MNEMOS provides subscription plans (monthly, 6-month, annual).
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Pricing may change, and we will notify you in advance of any changes.

MNEMOS provides educational resources only. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Users must consult qualified professionals before making clinical decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

MNEMOS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including exam outcomes.
